A mentally challenged person was about to be released into the public because of all the progress they had made but they had to go thru one last test, the tester asked the person 'where is your stomach' and the person pointed to their stomach, the tester said 'where is your knee' and the person pointed to their knee, the tester asked 'where is your mouth' and the person pointed to their mouth, the tester said 'that's very good how do you know all those things' and the person to her brain and said 'kidneys'. I know, I know the delivery is bad as written here but it's funny if you can do it as a comedian especially if you stretch out the word kidneys into something like kiddneeeys.
It sounds like it would be even funnier if we could see a video of it... You tube where are you???
