Take rerun episodes of "The Young and the Restless."
Pair those characters with 70-80 year versions of the same characters in a Soap called "The Old and the Rested."
So you have a youngster rerun paired with a geriatric treatment of the same plotline.
For bonus points either shoot for Satire or other humor.
