Seems to be a problem linking to a post

when you get the link from the message ##### it gives you

https://einsteinathome.org/goto/comment/158551

However that does not take you to that message, it dumps you on a different page which doesn't have the message

But

https://einsteinathome.org/content/tlptpw-i-just-won-edition?page=9#comment-158551

will get you there, except the page= will get wrong as more posts get added!

Thanks for the report. Sometimes I get sent to the correct comment with your first link, and sometimes I don't.

That link works fine for me.

It doesn't get me there :-).  It gets me to the top of page 2 at message#158618 :-).

I have my posts per page value set at 100 so page 9 was never going to work for me :-).  By the look of things, if you give it a non-existent (for my situation anyway) page#, it would seem to go back to the highest one that does exist, and plonk you at the first post on that page.

In any case, I hope the injustice that was meted out to you when your brilliant answer was completely overlooked gets rectified at some point :-).

Cheers,
Gary.

FYI, the goto-handler (first

FYI, the goto-handler (first URL) has the purpose to let you jump to a specific comment, regardless of the individual posts-per-page settings which make the absolute page/comment references (second URL) ambiguous. We'll have a look why the goto-handler doesn't work reliably, as Shawn already said.

Cheers

I just removed and then tried

I just removed and then tried to re-add Einstein to my list of projects and am now getting this:

6/19/2017 7:35:32 AM | Einstein@Home | Scheduler request failed: HTTP internal server error

when I try to sign up for this Project using Boinc Manager 7.6.33. The website it's trying to attach to is:

https://einsteinathome.org/ and is pre filled in in the Boinc Manager so should work just fine.

Our university network infrastructure experienced an outage today, between 10:00 and 12:30 CEST. Please try again and let us know if the issue still persists.

Thanks

Yup ongoing..6/19/2017 11:36:09 AM | Einstein@Home | Scheduler request failed: HTTP internal server error

It's been that way for several days now, I just figured it was transient and would clear itself but it hasn't so far. I am in the EST time zone.

Similar issue is

Similar issue is experienced:

15/06/2017 04:01:50 | Einstein@Home | Scheduler request failed: HTTP internal server error

15/06/2017 04:01:50 is the first time when this message shown up in the event log. Since then this error occurs continuously up to now whenever my computer tries to communicate, so it cannot upload completed results and unable to download new tasks.

This is approximately the time since file upload handler medium is disabled.

Mikey and PH2000: can you

Mikey and PH2000: can you please email me your sched_request_einstein.phys.uwm.edu.xml file located in the BOINC data directory? There is either something wrong with that file or our scheduler throws an error when processing the request. I need to run this through a debugger to reproduce the crash.
