Is it coming down by the truckload?

I will be in the mid 60's with a 70% chance of rain tomorrow then back down to the mid 50's on the weekend.

No this time it was not coming down by the truckload.  The ground still have fairly good coverage but the streets and my sidewalk/porch have already melted off.

The temperatures are riding just around freezing right now.  But forecast to drop into the high 20's (F) tomorrow.  Still have a forecast for Precipitation on Monday.  But my Neighbor claims up to 9" of snow.  That is supposed to be Mon/Tue rather than earlier on Monday.  I think.  So Monday should be mobile but Tuesday morning may be completely immobile.

When I lived in Nothern Virginia me mostly got just enough to bring out the worst in the drivers and the backups were always huge and painful so I always wanted to get dumped on so 90% of the people couldn't be onm the roads so the rest of us could do out thing without them clogging up the roads. One time I got caught at work for 4 days after a 27" snowfall over a weekend. The Fire Chief called in the National Guard to use their Hummers as path makers so the firetrucks etc could get thru and we were not allowed to leave the Fire Station unless it was to go get food or on a call. My paycheck that time was HUGE as you could imagine. That was the 2nd weekend in a row that we got a 2 plus feet snowfall!!! the DC area was at a standstill for most of the month because of all that snow. I got a new 4wd Jeep pickup in between snowfalls so it was a good thing overall.

Rain.

And the temperature forecast is 33F. So I suspect if we are going to get icy roads it will be after sundown.

Then about 10:30 am it did start snowing. But the temperature has not crashed down so who knows if the streets has gone from mushy to iced yet.

I had a high in mid 50's today and tomorow it's supposed to hit 70F!! Though with that high even for us temp will come with 30 to 50+ mph winds and rain, maybe some thunderstorms or even tornadoes!! After that it will drop back down in the low 50's to mid 60's for the rest of the week with the low temps being slightly above the freezing mark.
