They also had alot of water

They also had alot of water go thru Scotlands streets last week and an owner of a  Tesla went to dinner and drove thru a couple inches of water to park above the water level, after dinner he came out and his refused to start so he had it towed to the Tesla Dealer, after a few days the Dealer called him back with the estimate to repair the car, the car was less than 2 years old and was protected the warranty but the Dealer said that because water had gotten into the electronics, that are the bottom of the car and apparently not sealed very well, would cost him $27K Pounds to fix. The Dealer said the electronics are NOT covered under any warranty and therefore he had to pay, he's hiring a Lawyer!! To me that means buying a Tesla here at the beach is a VERY BAD idea as well as buying one anywhere in the World that could potentially flood!!

So an electric vehicle

So an electric vehicle manufacturer fails to warranty electrical faults in the vehicle!

Shame on you Elon.

Cheers, Mike.

We are finally in the most

We are finally in the most terrible season. It's no longer autumn but it's not winter either. It is completely overcast, cool, rarely above 5°C (40F). From 8 a.m. it is sufficiently bright to switch of lights at home. Sunset at 4 p.m. Monday continuous rain from morning to late evening (~26mm / 1 inch); Tuesday rain and strong winds, Wednesday permanent frost, some sunshine, Thursday storm. It will continue like this until spring, hopefully interrupted by an occasional onset of winter with cold air from the north, maybe some snow. In the best case scenario, we'll get one or two weeks of severe dry cold from the Northeast or East in January or February; cloudless sunshine with very low temperatures. At least one can dream about it.

Low 60's today and then in

Low 60's today and then in the 50's for the next few days, there won't be very many people walking, or even sitting, on the beach and only the die hard people going into the water.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!!

Absolutely!

The overnight lows out in Kansas, USA are at or below freezing.  And some kind of precipitation starting Saturday.

You can keep all that precipitation north of here - frozen or not. We've had our share the past week.
