From my Team Stats, BONIC@Australia, for Einstein:

01) Mike Mitchell 29,201.59 674.02 Australia (Sorted by RAC)
24) Mike Mitchell 29,003.66 670.01 Australia (Sorted by Total Credit)

How come there is such a large discrepancy in the Total Credit?

[edit]Oh, I checked a couple of other team members and they had simmilar discrepancies.[/edit]

My only guess is you saw it as the site was updating it's stats from the XML file. It sound like they might do things a little inefficient and have seperate tables for the sorts, which would cause this.

Also, your browser may have cached something, and would not let go. That happens every so often with most browsers.

These pages are not generated on-the-fly, but pregenerated at
distinct intervals, AFAIK.

I understand that the

I understand that the database needs updating but I would have the total would be one field.
If I get a list of Active team members by RAC, then it should display the same total on the credits when I click on total by Credit.
Updates are not an issue, the lower number came out last.
No cache problem, I had allowed for that - refreshed.
I'm terribly confused why there would be a different field for "total" in the RDBMS when sorted a different way. Sounds like the DB has not been normalised (and I'm no big fan of data normalisation).
Oh, not that anyone brought it up, I wasn't concerned by the discrepancy between the total shown on my "Account" page and the sorted totals, I had expected a delay between updates there.
It's all a bit strange 8-(

The pages are cached on the server so any amount of refreshes from your browser may have no effect.

Must be something going on or a lack thereof. For the first time since I signed up over a month ago, all of my machines are reporting exactly the same number 55653.72. I haven't seen an update since this AM. Oh well, at least it appears the data was uploaded.

I wouldn't have thought that would include the sorted pages. If that were the case, it would appear to be DB design flaw. Although that would explain the odd behaviour of the sort facility.

OT NOTE: I used MS Word to spell check this post. I have come to the conclusion that Bill Gates and all his employees are illiterate!
Although, it appears that the Thesaurus works well. This is the look-up list for illiterate: ignorant, unlettered, untaught, untutored, uneducated, and uninstructed. ;-)
