My computer, based on Ryzen 3900X completed a several tasks of O2MD1 in ~42 hours. Run time like this - normally or not?
Technical News is where Staff make announcements about new searches and where problems that are clearly to do with that search can be quickly reported and responded to by Staff. It's not the best place to get help with problems with your own setup.
I'm not running any Spotlight CPU tasks but a quick check has found this page of validated results from a host that is also running a decent Ryzen CPU. Notice two things, the fast crunch times and the closeness of the CPU time and the Elapsed time for each validated task.
In contrast, your times are extremely slow and the gap between CPU and Elapsed is very large. It seems to me that you need to identify what else is running on your host that is stressing it to the extent that there is that big gap between the two times. It's some sort of problem specific to your machine.
There is a new test version of the GW GPU app so if you have allowed test apps in your preferences you should expect to get it. The announcement was made here. If you're interested in test apps, you might like to understand the background to it. I put a link to that in the message I wrote responding to Bernd's announcement.
As you know, we had to restart the "O2MD1S1" run. You may notice the "new" workunits and tasks by the element "O2MD1S1a" in the name. Some weeks ago I put the remaining workunits of the old run "on hold", such that results for these could be finished and possibly validated, but no new tasks would be generated. Today I manually granted credit for all successful tasks of this old run that haven't been validated, and then canceled these workunits. Your "pendings" from that old workunits should have cleared now.
Note: That "putting on hold" involved some manual fiddling with deadlines to get as many workunits finished "normally", which may have leas to some irregularities that must look like server side errors. Sorry for that.
Since May 31, 2021 all my completed O2MD task are pending and when I click on the Workunit I see "Tasks are pending for this workunit". I assume these are waiting to be sent out to a 2nd cruncher. Workunit ID 553736701 is and example. Is something preventing them from being sent?
I manually examined a handful of workunits related to pending tasks of your computer, all of these have another task "in progress", none "unsent". Seems you just got unlucky with your "wingman".
I have 22 pending GW tasks on a Linux Virtual Machine running SuSE Tumbleweed with kernel 5.12.9. Now I have fired a Windows 10 PC with a GTX 1650 GPU and I see it is running gamma ray GPU tasks in about 20 minutes.

Best of luck sorting it out.

OK, thanks for the followup BM. I'll keep crunching at my modest rate and see them validate at some point.
