A project reset won't

A project reset won't help.

The problem was fixed on the server side, what you see now is just incoming reports of previous failures.

Are we ever going to turn on

Are we ever going to turn on the validators for GW O2MD1 cpu work?  The scheduler continues to send work out but all I ever see is Pendings piling up.

"We are now also sending tasks for CPU Apps. I need a couple of successful tasks back to test the validator before enabling it to run continuously. I suspect that not to be the case by tomorrow, so validation might only be enabled on Monday."

So give him a chance ...

In the meantime "have a beer" on me!

Sorry, I'm working on it.

Sorry, I'm working on it. There's still something wrong with the current validator. You certainly don't want it to just declare all your work "invalid".

So should I disable GW O2MD1

So should I disable GW O2MD1 tasks in the meantime until you figure things out?

No, all returned tasks should

No, all returned tasks should be validated eventually. The validator has been enabled and is digging through the backlog.

Some of the CPU workunits

Some of the CPU workunits have been generated incorrectly. I disabled sending these while investigating.

We need to re-start the CPU

We need to re-start the CPU "run" from scratch. Don't worry, your work already spent will all be credited. There may be some more tasks that error out, but these shouldn't waste any computation time.

The error in the CPU workunit generator is also there in the GPU one, however its effect is pretty small there, it might actually be negligible. While we're investigating that, this workunit generator ("O2MDF") has also been stopped.

Investigation is finished.

Investigation is finished. CPU-part has been re-started. GPU part will continue, with some workunits excluded for now from generation until we figured out how to run these without causing errors.
