We'll have more GW work soon for GPU (hopefully later today), and for CPU as well. The workunit generator for the search we plan to do on CPUs is a little more complicated, I hope to get it done by tomorrow, or Thursday latest.
hi Bernd, I think there is something wrong with these batch of tasks. either the tasks themselves, or something wrong with the validator. none of them will validate. they all seem to kicking back Validate error.
Thanks for the note. Actually there's something wrong with the validator. It has been turned off for now, I'll fix it tomorrow. The "validate error" tasks will be granted proper credit.
We are now also sending tasks for CPU Apps. I need a couple of successful tasks back to test the validator before enabling it to run continuously. I suspect that not to be the case by tomorrow, so validation might only be enabled on Monday.
I got "download failed" (permanent HTTP error) for these CPU tasks until I hit 'Reset project'. Only then the files arrived properly and tasks are running now.
Looking at the server status page the number of failed tasks is rising quickly. I was wondering if many other users are experiencing the same.... so if downloads are failing for someone I suggest trying a project reset.
