What do your mean by "BOINC"? Do you mean the BOINC developer forum? This is not a project and thus is not affected by any changes you do in BAM. You need to change your email yourself there.

If I try to access the

If I try to access the top-level forum page from the main menu bar (the word 'COMMUNITY' below the graphic banner above), it displays correctly, showing the url address as 'https://einsteinathome.org/community'.

But if I visit a sub-forum like this, and then try to return to the top-level forum index by clicking on the word 'FORUMS' below the current thread title, the link attempts to open the address 'https://einsteinathome.org/community/forum', and then fails with the message (from my ISP, at least)

"Sorry, the website einstein.phys.uwm.educommunity cannot be found."

Missing / in a redirect, perhaps? This seems to be new today.

@Richard, I can't reproduce

@Richard, I can't reproduce your problem.

But since the URL in the error message is the phys.uwm.edu address (and not the einsteinathome.org address), maybe there is some kind of Browser caching problem? We recently took the Web site down, as you may have noticed, due to some unplanned maintenance/electrical power work. And I put up a "Web site is down" message which uses phys.uwm.edu.

I do have the same problem. I

I do have the same problem. I did ipconfig /flushdns so that the browser cache should be empty. But trying to reach prefrences/Project gets me to the error Richard told

Cause the URL the browser tries to reach is

http://einstein.phys.uwm.edude/account/prefs/project

In that case I've tried to

I've tried to clear the Drupal cache on the Web site, which may help. Please let me know if you still see this problem.

Still a problem here, I'm

Still a problem here, I'm afraid.

The link in the page source is explicit:

<h2 class="title"><a href="/community/forum">Forums</a>

and the base url is einsteinathome.org

but something goes wrong in the conversion to https://einsteinathome.org/community - stripping off the redundant terminal /forum

Mind you, a second machine with the same OS and browser follows it correctly. One to follow up in the morning, I think.

This is known minor cosmetic issue we are aware of and it's unrelated to the caching issue you saw earlier. We'll fix the link (two aliases pointing to the same page) as we find the time for it. But again, it's cosmetic only and thus very low prio.

HTH,
