Does that mean CUDA app is now available on the OS X platform...?
In principle CUDA has been available for Mac OS X for a while.
There were and probably are problems in conjuntion with the BOINC Core Client, that look like been resolved a few hours ago. Einstein@home CUDA Apps could work with the latest development client for Mac OS X installed without sandboxing or a custom Client built from BOINC SVN trunk HEAD.
In any case manual installation of the latest NVida CUDA driver is required, I think it's only available for SnowLeopard.

Just finished my first ABP2 WU and it took around 3000s.
Compared to the previous ABP1 which took 22000s, that's a 7.3 improvement (Quad Xeon @2.5GHz + Quadro FX 580).
It's really nice to see finishing a WU in less than an hour, and with a deadline so generous of 14 days.
Still waiting for the ATI application for my 'weaker' cards :)

This morning I got my first bunch of ABP2 CUDAs. On my GTX260 they took around 25 minutes. And this leeds to a small problem.
25 minutes will give in an ideal situation 57.6 WUs per 24 hours. With my dualcore I have a daily quota of 64 WUs. 6 WUs for S5R6 and in extrem for ABP2 CPU-WUs will be very little to keep up the box crunching with a reserve of a few hours. All the more if you have for example not all the time an internetconnection.

Usually you will get a mix of S5R6 and ABP2 work, and on average more time should be spend with the longer-running S5R6 app. So hopefully the quota will not be a problem in practice, but this will be monitored by the staff.

Update: The 6.10.28 Client of Jan 12 from http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download_all.php seems to work even with sandboxing.
