At least the names don't match (Jim Patton from USA vs. sub1 from Finland). He probably just wondered who this other guy/gal for his/her WU was, that failed, and found him/her.
sub1: apologies, I thought it was your machine that was acting up. I've asked Walt Gribben, who has a lot of expertise in this area, to follow up with Jim Patton, the person who owns the troublesome machine.
