The error message is:
CreateProcess() failed - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (0x20)

Do you have an anti-virus or file indexing program running all the time? I'm going to try and get Walt to take a look at this.

I think, it's not him ;)
At least the names don't match (Jim Patton from USA vs. sub1 from Finland). He probably just wondered who this other guy/gal for his/her WU was, that failed, and found him/her.
