Look under the BOINC "Activity" menu and make sure you have not selected "Suspend" inadvertently. (i.e. Make sure either "Run always" or "Run based on preferences" is selected.) Also, make sure you have not suspended Einstein (under the "Projects" tab).

I "snoozed" BOINC from the System Tray icon by right-clicking, etc. When I "unsnoozed", activity stays suspended unless I check "Run always" from the Activity menu. unless i miss read that, or mis interpreted it.. you have it set to only run when the pc is idle for 3 minutes. and trying to get it to work while your useing the pc? if your useing the pc, its not idle... you might wonna change that setting to "no" so it will run even when your useing the pc... boinc backs out of the way when you need the pc,,
