I think I read over at SIMAP that K6s are really good for that project.

Thanks for the info, I'll check it out. I have that old timer doing PAH at the moment, but that would make for a good second project for him if so.

would be good if everyone

would be good if everyone would use the S5T0712. Its atm the best version i think, it makes valid results, is fast and its not too good when too many people use the 0713 which says to be 0712. Then maybe they report the 0712 produces bad results but they are really using 0713.....

soo the 0713 is buggy and please please use the S5T0712 until we get new news from Akos.....

Any one have problems with S5T0709 for SSE3?

Hi Ray,

S5T0709 is running great on my Celeron D. As others have already commented, it looks like you are running 710 on yours and that one was bad. I've heard good things about 711 and 712 but I'm so happy with what I got now I'm going to stay put for a while.

I downloaded my S5T0709 from here, already patched.

Well it looks like I didn't

Message 39367 in response to message 39366

Well it looks like I didn't patch the optimized version, my 1st result after doing so ended up taking 2,000 more seconds to complete. The result was valid though so that's good news...guess I'll have to try again after my cache runs out.

I have a whole slew of valid results S5T0712.

35051421
34562324
34530146
34473593

There are actually a few more. All my S5T0712 results are either "initial' or "valid'.

Different platforms: one X2 using SSE3 the others older AMD and Intel using SSE.
