In just a few days the population of this board has increased a great deal...And that's a good thing...Because there are alot more great people to post here...So it's time to make use of your individual minds and start posting...If you have an interesting topic or theme...Start a thread...Einstein@home is a fantastic project to be crunching for...And it deserves a Cafe Einstein that is full of interesting threads and posts...Cafe Einstein will be what we make it...Let's have some fun!

Suggestion for a thread.
Einstein, like all the BOINC projects, is International.
Imagine a thread where guys (and gals!) from all around the world could post
links/photos/articles about their own home towns.......................
I would be prepared to kick off the proceedings with a few bits about my home town of Leicester here in the UK.
What sort of reaction/response do you think this one would get?
(I haven't seen this done before - correct me if I'm wrong).

I do not mind a few enjoyable threads, but posting just to post a new thread seems a bit too much. People moved from other boards because they were cluttered with too much, and impossible to keep track of the things you wanted to watch and participate in. Currently it is nice and managable here.
New ideas are good, in fact I have participated in a few of the newer posts here. I just do not want to see it get out of hand, and then have another place I no longer want to look at.
BTW: The home town thing sounds like a pretty nice idea. Suggestion, links are better than pictures. People can get out of hand with large pictures (multiple pictures), etc. Links would make this much easier to read.
Thank you for your consideration. I am sure if we do not get out of hand, we all can be a very happy group.
