I really hope Intel stops shooting itself in the foot.
If x86 CPU's are to remain competitive Amd cannot be the only successful vendor. Even if Intel doesn't have the fastest gaming CPU on the block it needs to be able to make reliable promises.
The Intel 18 node really needs to succeed. The Intel strategy to compete head on as a 3rd party Foundry needs to succeed.
The follow ons to Battlemage GPU's need to keep on keeping on.
Intel needs to keep on developing easier to use and lower cost AI solutions to compete in the field of "also rans" to Nvidia solutions.
"Make Intel Great Again". Snicker.

Hi - I haven't been here in a while. I've been over at WCG, but they are down for a month, so I'm back doing a few WUs here and checking in.
Can I get one of those frozen blended coffee flavored drinks that are more sugar and flavoring than anything else?
I will Fax one right over.

The Einstein at Home Top 50 list has been invaded! By "Aliens".
Specifically, there are a large number of CPU-only crunchers that have arrived.
There are at least 2 Nvidia Grace-Hopper systems on the list.
And to top it off, I just saw a 16 GPU system in the Top-50.
Clearly none of these are purely hobbyists. So they MUST be "Aliens".

I wonder if this would work on the High Plains, including Western Kansas, where the Farmers are drawing down the underground Aquifer?
Not sure if mechanized planting and harvesting could be adapted or not.

A simple way to make an Android phone "dumber" is
Turning off most notifications but leaving the Phone Ring on allows you to ignore a lot of potential interruptions.
If you want, you can delete most of your application icons and access those applications through the global flip up list.
You still need to keep the WWW quick links on the 2nd screen since they are not actual applications.
The major benefit is you are not buying a new phone or installing a new application you are paying for to get this benefit.
