True, remnant from dual card days.  Also removed from:

/usr/bin/nvidia-smi -pm 1
/usr/bin/nvidia-smi -pl 353

I can't get it to work, with or without the-i flag and [num] parameter. I have one of the 4 GPUs running 76-78c and it won't get down to 70c.

Time to re-paste your GPU?  Or is there some other reason why, such as restricted air flow?
