It clearly is not recognizing your Intel 750 as a GPU that it has an application for.
I am uncertain how an end-user can fix that. If an end-user can fix that.
----edit--
Turn on the "run test applications" in your profile. I see at least one beta-test application that might run on your GPU.
---edit---
Are you running the latest GPU driver?
You might to also post this in the troubleshooting section of messages.

I don't see any mention of GPU beta app in your log. Have you set your GPU beta app to run on your PC? (Account->Preferences->Project->Beta Settings->Run test applications - Yes)
Intel Arc BRP4 GPU app is still in beta.
it probably wont work. Intel Arc does not have hardware FP64, and the BRP7 app needs hardware FP64.
He can run GPU BRP4 beta app on Intel Arc A750.

BRP4 doesnt need FP64.
however, to get that BRP4 app, he will have to enable test apps. also he may need to craft an app_info.xml file to run the project on Anonymous Platform since there are GPU detection issues from the project.
I enabled test apps here and made sure Intel GPU usage was enabled as well. Still nothing a couple days later.
I can't find app_info.xml in these folders or subfolders;
C:\ProgramData\BOINC
C:\Program Files\BOINC
C:\Users\(user)\AppData\Roaming\BOINC
None of my other projects are using the A750, either. I have the latest driver and it runs great in games. I wiped the driver with DDU a month or so back and fresh installed to resolve an unrelated issue, so I don't think that's worth trying.
Would running through the rest of my tasks, completely uninstalling BOINC and reinstall/re-ad projects be worth a shot?
I should also mention that there were successful GPU tasks many months ago when this same GPU was in another system.

If you go to your computers list on the website and click the Last Contact link for the host in question, you can see why the scheduler didn't send work. I clicked the current link a few minutes ago and read through the description of all the options the scheduler was testing to find a suitable 'plan class'. It found one (plan class OK) but the comment that followed was:-
... beta test app versions not allowed in project prefs.
Looks like you haven't properly enabled test apps.
