Yes it is as a matter of fact!! ROTFL!!!
I run Linux Mint on some of my pc's and Windows on the rest of them, most of them only crunch so it doesn't really matter to me but I crunch for wuprop as they count the hours you crunch towards badges not the credits you get for each task etc and the different projects don't always release apps for Windows, Linux, Mac and Android so I keep a mixture of stuff around. Right now only my Windows and Linux pc's are running though.
wuprop is at wuprop.boinc-af.org if anyone is interested, to get things to count you first need to get 100 hours in each app and you need 20 of those to get your first ring. After that the stars change colors with different amounts of hours, 250, 500, 1k, 2.5k, 5k, 10k, 25k, 50k and finally 100k hours, after you get 5 stars in one ring you get to start the next ring etc.
these are my rings and stars

That is my hours and star for the O3 gpu app here at Einstein for example, you can see I am about ready to move up to a star for it in less than 2 hours of crunching time.
I worked with a freind that would repair coworkers computers. He brought one home and opened it up on the bench. Inside was half a dozen dead cockroaches and several casks of eggs. He quickly got it outside and away from the house. He brought it back to the coworker in a tightly sealed trash bag and told them it was not repairable.
