On a Linux Virtual Machine running SuSE Tumbleweed with a 5.17.4 kernel the first Arecibo fast task failed because of EXIT_TIME_LIMIT_EXCEEDED. Its run time was 65k s and CPU time 59k s. CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 1400F. All preceding Arecibo tasks and GW tasks on CPU were successful.

For reference, my AMD Ryzen 2500u laptop is taking significantly longer than your AMD Ryzen 5 1400AF and has not run into the issue you describe. It's running Windows 10, though.
I also have a Ryzen 5 1400(non-AF) but it hasn't finished its first few Arecibo fast tasks yet. I might reboot to Linux Mint (5.13 Kernel) and see if I run into the same error as you did.
