The first two of the resends have validated immediately so it looks like that part of the problem has been solved. This very host didn't achieve a single valid task when I last used it for this search (V1.07 & V1.08).
I had no valids either until Bernd did his "tweak", and then most turned valid on 1.07. Now they are all valid, including 12 of the 1.09 so far. I think it is solved for me at least.
Things are going so nicely with my old Q6600 / Rx 570 combo that I decided to see how a Q6600 / RX 460 would behave. It didn't do at all well when I previously tried it several weeks ago. Seeing your report, I thought I'd left it too late but decided to try anyway. On the first couple of attempts at downloading tasks, the host got rejected but I tried a few 'updates' and then it got a single resend. I kept trying and then a full batch of around 10 primary tasks (_1 extension) suddenly appeared. After several more requests, I ended up with 14 primary tasks and 5 resends before I called it quits.
All the primary tasks were _1 - no _0 tasks - so I guess the scheduler might be constrained to not send a GPU task until an _0 CPU task has already been sent to fill a CPU task request. There's probably a bit of a shortage as well and undoubtedly the supply will stop at some point but it's still possible to get tasks while we wait for O2MD1.
You are right, I checked that now. I made an assumption and it went wrong I blame my screen resolution... it's too narrow on that particular monitor for all the information to fit on the screen at once. Of course I had the last part of the task names hidden plus then I was too lazy to check them thru the web pages.
It's quite OK and no need to blame anything! :-). We were told O2AS was going to finish so it would be quite natural to think that a denied request for work meant that the run had ended. I've seen the scheduler do some weird things so I always persist with requests and often get 'rewarded' for that, eventually :-).
So far, for both the RX 570 and the RX 460, there are plenty of valid results and zero invalid/inconclusive/error results. This is way better than what happened back in August, when I last tried. I've tested from 1x to 4x on the 570 and from 1x to 3x on the 460 and at each step there has been an improvement in the overall efficiency with no sign of any issues. The 460 is only 2GB so I didn't try to push 4x on that GPU. There are still some tasks to finish on the 460. They will finish later today and I'll summarise the results sometime later when validation is complete.
Does the end of the O2AS run have anything to do with my inability to get any O2MD1 cpu tasks? I can still get the O2AS-500 gpu tasks but I cannot get any response other than not requesting any seconds of cpu work. I have the project enabled.
I just moved my server back over to GW work, all flavors. It just downloaded v1.09 tasks, yet still has a day or so Gamma ray work to finish. This is the Win 7/NVIDIA box. I'll report more when relevant information becomes available.

v1.09 tasks have begun to validate nicely for both AMD and Nvidia cards here. No invalids yet.

OK, looks like all the tasks have been delivered. Only resends left from now on...
