What is brisket, never heard

What is brisket, never heard of that. I googled and found that it's some meat for the BBQ that is hard to get right. Is it that only one of you is able to get it right or is it just not that tasty?

Brisket is a cut of meat from

Brisket is a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest of beef or veal. The beef brisket is one of the nine beef primal cuts, though the precise definition of the cut differs internationally. The brisket muscles include the superficial and deep pectorals. As cattle do not have collar bones, these muscles support about 60% of the body weight of standing/moving cattle. This requires a significant amount of connective tissue, so the resulting meat must be cooked correctly to tenderize the connective tissue.

It is generally seen in Britain as one of the cheaper cuts of meat and not that universally popular.

Brisket is very tasty when cooked to tenderness by the low and slow method, when rushed it can be very chewy and generally not a very good mouth feel when eaten. Some people cook it in a crock pot, others do the grill but most do some kind of smoking method as the smoke penetrates the meat to give it some flavor as it cooks. After cooking alot of people put some kind of sauce on the brisket, bbq sauce being the most popular as it too adds flavor to the meat. All that being said most people don't try cooking it, we tend to buy it from someone else who puts in all the work and gets it done right.

Do those hieroglyphs also

Do those hieroglyphs also have the differences in font size? Or is the smaller text a description of what the hieroglyphs look like?

Questions, questions.
