Topic 201923

Hello, I used to easily be able to check my relative ranking just for the fun of it, but now with the new site update, I cannot figure out how to do this without manually scrolling through the leaderboards. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I rarely use project website

I rarely use project website stats for team/project rankings. BOINCStats or Free-DC are usually better for that. I usually have my CPUID page open in Free-DC which shows all my projects with recent points plus project and team rankings.

There is no easy way to find

There is no easy way to find yourself on the new website unless you are in the top 5-10 in either participants or computers (believe me I've tried)

That stinks!  Why did they

That stinks!  Why did they change?  Any forum/site posts discussing the change?  Any plans to make that reporting available again?  This new website does not seem to report contributions from my individual computers.  This link does not function for me.  Any advice?  Thanks.

The new site announcement in

The new site announcement in the news section explains why it was done.  The problem and bug reports forum is the proper place to report any issues, there's a meta thread there specifically for web site problems that was created to go with the site update.

While the specific link you pointed to is busted, if you go to account - dashboard - more (bottom left), you can get to a page with all your computers listed.

I was looking on the old site

I was looking on the old site on how to get the relative position but couldn't find it. Can someone please point me to a project where the relative position of a user or host is shown without scrolling through the Top N lists?

If the functionality is there in the old page we can surely bring it to the new page.
