Thanks for the web forum

Thanks for the web forum software update - having the timestamp of the most recent post in 'sticky' threads visible is a great help.

But there is still a major bug in the timestamping of team message boards. The time shown for the 'Last post' in my team should be over a month ago, but instead it seems to update any time any member, of any team, posts in any area of the Forum.

Yep, I noticed this too.

While I don't doubt you see this bug. I am afraid I don't see it anywhere. Could you be a bit more specific/help me find an example of this?

For example, if I go to the Racoon Lovers Forum (https://einsteinathome.org/community/teams/185299/forum/126), I see in the Last Reply column: 4 weeks 6 days ago. Which does correspond to the last comment time-stamped 2016-09-06.

Are you saying this updates/changes when a team member posts elsewhere in the (regular) non-team forums?

This is what I see:

The two (identical) timestamps circled both refer to your post above/below (I don't know your choice of sort order) - which *wasn't* posted in the Raccoon Lovers forum (or, so far as I know, by a member of the Raccoon Lovers team. If you've just joined - welcome).

Thank you so much for the fast response and the picture. I thought the problem was on the page where the forum topics are listed. (As oppose to the forum/community page itself.) I'll start looking into this right away.

FYI, I believe the team forum "Last post" timestamp has been fixed and merged into the Web site.

On the account/dashboard

On the account/dashboard page, if you have more than 7 computers attached, there is a "MORE" link which points to account/computers/all - which in my case is 30 pages of hosts going right back to ... rather longer than I care to remember Surprised.  I would think that those of us with insane numbers of hosts would like the "MORE" link to point just to the recently active hosts (account/computers) where there is a further link to all hosts for the odd occasion where an older host is being sought.

I use the recent hosts list quite frequently and the all hosts list rather less frequently and both of these used to come up on single pages where a browser search string could be used to find all hosts matching that string immediately.  It's a real pain these days if I want to find all hosts with a Q8400 CPU (for example) because there are about 20 of them scattered over multiple pages.  It would be super helpful to me if there was a setting to control the number of hosts per page for these lists or perhaps if there were just a separate link to a non-paginated display - like it used to be.

I'd really appreciate something of this nature, if possible.  Thank you.

Cheers,
Gary.

Not exactly a problem with

Not exactly a problem with this website but still:

The GridRepublic bug tracker requires logging in to see anything. Has been like that for the past two or three weeks. Actually, I don't know if I can see anything if I logged in; I don't have an account there and would prefer to not have to have one.
