My twin was a pit groupie at Kyalami one year. I'd put a link in to the track's website but beneath it, it said: "A description for this result is not available because of this site's robots" so I won't. I can't remember now why I didn't go too but I think it involved needing crutches and a bit of me dunked in plaster of paris.
So *start taking David's advice seriously* Was it skimpy top, and shorts-your-bottom-falls-out-the-bottom-of for you too then, Mike...? Unless some are tucked into pouches of course... I make it thirteen by the way. You know. Kangaroos.
I can certainly see how Gary's figure of eight track would help from the point of view of crashing. Off the top of my head, I suppose it's when you approach the bit between the loops that you'd let go of the steering wheel...
I think we might have had some sun too today, Kathryn... although not enough to remember whether I remember any.
*wave at TL, Bill, Mikey, MAGIC and everyone else too while I'm at it* Best I stop pretending I'm making an important phone call and go and hurl some plates into water so I then have an excuse to play with some bubbles :)
Please wait here. Further instructions could pile up at any time. Thank you.

One of the guys at the museum
One of the guys at the museum is also a NASCAR fan. I can't say I get much more out of it than watching crashes.
