Almost finished a section of inventory when I noticed the inventory I was doing ony had four items in it. Should have been upwards of a thousand. The way this software works, redefining the inventory parameters after you start doesn't do you any good unless you restart it. Not doing that after spending most of the day doing it once.

I did the exact opposite.......it is supposed to rain tomorrow so I mowed my entire lawn non-stop and finished it in just over 3 hours .....and then several other daily duties here.
Summer here. From now until Sept/Oct ~ 90+. Lots of hydro tomatoes this year. No complaints.
I too am growing tomatoes too but not 'hydro', I grow mine in plastic tubs that look like half whiskey barrels on my deck. I have 12 plants out now with 3 more on 'back order', I only grow the 'cherry' ones though. I eat some right off the plant and chill the rest for snacking later on, when they get going good I have to pick every day. Mine are in cages and are already 40 inches tall and some have small flowers showing up. I also have a rain barrel on my deck that I use to water them with.

Not the pretiest but it still eats well. Weight: 586 grams.

These tomatoes came off of 3 plants. All were grown from seeds started in Feb '15. Weather here lets us get stuff out early. Then just pray that we don't get a late frost. These 3 plants consume about 6 gallons of water/nutrient per day. Taste makes up for water/nute consumption.
Those are some VERY NICE tomatoes!!! My plants are up to almost 50 inches tall right now with a few flowers on them, but NO actual tomatoes yet! I am jealous!!

If you lived close by I would give you some. I am currently finding "homes" for them since I cannot possibly eat all of them before they spoil. If I had a juicer I would use them that way but I don't. I have others that are coming due on other bushes and a hydro cantaloupe that is beginning to run.
If yours are flowering then its just a matter of time. You will be enjoying the "fruits" of your labor soon.
I just ordered some "Cherokee Purple" seeds from Amazon. The short story is that this variety of tomato heralds from 100+ years ago and was a variety grown by the Cherokee nation. They look funny (color wise) but I can't wait to try one. They were rated very good overall. I might have to wait until early fall before I start them.

I actually saw ONE hummingbird hovering outside my window
a few days ago.. That was the first one I have seen in quite
a few years.

They are hard to count but this Spring I have around 100 hummingbirds and they have eaten over 200lbs of sugar so far.
I have one type that stay all Winter (Anna's) but only about 15 of those last Winter.
So I have 5 feeders in the main window and then 2 more at other windows around the house to spread them out.
They tend to look in the window at you if the feeders are empty of if there isn't a feeder and when that happens if you hang one up with good sugar water they will return to eat and more and more will join them.
I have been feeding them here for over 30 years so they know where to go when they make that long trip back up here from Mexico.
First week of March is when they start returning and by the end of that month they are all here making nests......and then babies.
