I think you have the same problem that is discused in: Scheduler now sends front runners, the message previous to yours in Crunchers Corner Message Board.
The short answer is you typically return your WUs on the day you received them. Other folks use up to 7 days. Then when you get a WU a day or two before everyone else ... The good news is they always catch up.

They tend to give E@H a fairly low resource share and often the result isn't reported until close to deadline. So if one or two of those people are part of your quorum then you will just have to be patient. There are also a large number of people who install the project but never end up submitting valid results. This is also probably a factor in your case.
I did look at several of your pending results and in each case all 4 copies were issued on pretty much the same day so I didn't see any significant "frontrunner" effect. This may have been present in pendings I didn't look at. Drill down through your pendings yourself and you should get a good picture of what is really going on.
I notice that you must have recently upgraded BOINC from 4.19 as your average claim has dropped from 93 to around 70. This is quite normal as 4.19 is known to overclaim. If you haven't upgraded, then you have a problem with the last benchmark run. If the benchmarks get done at a time of high CPU activity, they will report low. If your subsequent work units are done at normal speed, this can significantly lower your claim. So, if you haven't upgraded recently, rerun your benchmarks manually at a time when nothing else is going on. This can significantly increase your claim.

A recent increase in the number of "ghost WU's" seen by many people will also slow down the validation process and increase your pending credit figures.
My laptop (AMD Athlon XP-M 2600+) is always claiming around 68 credits per WU. The highest pending credit for the host was nearly 1600 last week. Now my pending credit is at half of that. But I don't want do complain about it, because I know i will get them sooner or later
