The last line says that you can't get work with a driver version greater than 1018103906 so your version is being excluded. I don't use Intel GPUs at all (so I'm not sure about the next bit) but I seem to recall that if you allow beta test apps in your project preferences, the driver version check isn't applied. However the risk is that you will get all invalid results with certain driver versions.
You need to look through the thread you have posted in and also this thread as well to see if there are reports of a 'good' driver version for your particular Intel GPU. There may be other threads with information as well.
If you do get it working and returning valid results, please post the driver version you used in the "Problems ..." thread for the benefit of others.

Correct. Unfortunately I can quickly summarize that thread for you: there has not been a single Intel driver compatible with the current Skylake GPUs (as yours) and the BRP app. Me and another user have filed bug reports at Intel months ago, but to no avail :/
I haven't been able to pick up GPU tasks (I disabled CPU ones) on my laptop. I have a i5-4200u (HD 4400 graphics)
I have installed the suggested 15.40 [4th gen] driver for windows 10.. but .. it still isn't picking up work.
Edit: I don't have a dummy plug but I was under the impression that was only required if you have a dedicated GPU... please don't tell me I need to build one of those for a laptop that very much is able to use it's gpu.

I appreciate that the Einstein staff are very busy with important new searches, and that the Intel GPUs are a small fraction of the available computing power - but it's a shame that nobody's been able to get an explanation out of Intel for why their more recent OpenCL drivers are so unreliable for general-purpose computing. It would be a great step forward if the driver/application incompatibility (wherever it lies) could be resolved, so we didn't have to keep referring users into the archives.

That and 10.18.10.3621 are the "Last known good" - with the emphasis on known.
They are both very old now, and date from the HD 4000 / HD 4600 / Win 7 era - the most recent discussion, with download link for .3621, is in Crunchers Corner: Functional for Einstein Haswell display drivers wanted
