When you look at the number of "Members (with AND without Credit)" on our teampage it shows 14, but there is clearly 15 members in our team.

Here we are currently 167, but the counter says 142.

I just wait until we have 143 members with credits and 142 with/without credit. At least then everybody will believe me, that -1 members without credit is simple impossible.
But who knows, maybe it is a relativistic effect :^)

I wonder if this can happen when a user leaves a team, so he is no longer a member of the team, but the credits he collected for the team are still counted on his name.
I'm confused, too, I'll point our database guys to this. Might well be a bug...

)
The E@H database did not have the correct number of users set for all teams. Anytime a member joins or quits a team the total number of users should be updated so these inconsistencies should fix them selves in time. I still do not know how total number of users got set incorrectly in the first place though.
I just updated the number of users for all teams just now so team totals should be accurate for now.

Thanks David!
In the mean time a friendly guy joined us, so now we are 173, but the page still shows 172. Yes, I did wait for a change of credits to make sure it is not the cache.
So, this problem shows up again :-(
The only hint I can give you, is that the problem did not show up before April 14th, something happened after that day?

Another one ... now we are 174 instead of 172 ...

I just manually updated the team count again and I also made a change to the web-pages so I hope this problem is now fixed.
Let me know if you see this problem again.
Thanks.

Hey, David!
Good news! In the last few hours a new member joined and the number was updated as expected.
Note: This guy was not member of any team before ... if that matters.
Thanks

Hi Wurgl !
I am puzzled - a certain number of days after I joined the team, this team turned to a no-name entity. Currently, I see a nameless team with 179 members ranked 8th in the top teams list. How was the team name wiped out - or is the team name only hidden from me ?

Our captain Zain is really on top of stats at Boinc Synergy.
But your team has great stats as well. This is meant only as a backup.

Much less puzzled after Wurgl's reply - my browser will not fetch 'stray' images (not residing on the same server as the one originating the message). Paranoia is the word.
By the way, being suspicious is not a complete luxury - some ADSL account at bluegrass.net just wanted to phish around my non-existing E-Bay account. Is there a name for this type of misdeed ?
