Wrong # of members shown on teampage

Guys,
When I look at my teampage I see this magic 142.
Members (with AND without Credit) 142
But when I open the team management functions page, then I see at both the "Remove inactive members" and "View team email addresses" that we are actually 165 crunchers. What's wrong here?
