I have been running with an app_info sucessfully for 3 CUDA WUs at a time on my 480. Now I would like to increase my output a little more by adding my CPU into the mix. Should I open a new thread on what mods I need to make to the app_info to do both GPU and CPU?
I think it would even be easier to have an app_info.xml file that contains all of the apps and indicate the parts that would have to be removed to disable certain apps, than to have several versions floating around with this or that app disabled. Feel free to continue in this thread.
While I understand the usage of an app_info.xml and can edit them under supervison (lol), I have not been successful in trying to figure out how to add the CPU app properly.
Can someone please post a *complete* app_info (as suggested by Bikeman)for WinXP_32 ?
Is it even possible to run CPU and 3xGPU both for BRP3?
I get both CPU and GPU available for BRP3 if I do not use an app_info.

I have selected CPU in preferences but I get "missing files" in my event log at start up ... do I need to run without app_info to have the project download the missing files and then restart with app_info?

I think BRP3 is only for GPU. But you can run other WUs on your CPU. This one should work:

It's for 4WUs (but you can change the value to run 3WUs). But as you have a GTX 480, you can run 4WUs at a time (as i do).

Your app_info doesn't take the CPU into account.
You have to use the other app_info AND select "Use CPU" in "Your account > preferences"
