Fortunately my garden is also considerably smaller then a soccer stadium and the grass it contains does not grow and still remains green all year long.
So the insurance has the final word if you can have your prescription?
Without the insurance, I can still have the prescription but I have to pay the full price for it, and there are no government limits on the prices like in many other countries. I have a high deductible plan, so I pay full price at the beginning of the year until I reach my annual deductible ($2600) and then I pay nothing for any medical service for the rest of the year. Some of those early-in-the-year scrips cost upwards of $600 for a 90 day supply, and that's after the insurance network discount. In the current situation, if I didn't have the insurance I'd have to pay the undiscounted price.

I guess for people that have health issues the prices would be rather similar (but rising faster then inflation).

My deductible is only $400 but my plan is not a fancy one and in fact after that limit is met I still have to pay for each office visit. I'm retired and have it thru work where they pay almost 90% of the costs so it's not very inclusive, but it is health and prescription insurance and does help keep my costs down.
@Richard + Rod : Any of the Civilization versions are good. One of the very few long lasting strategy game franchises for that matter. As for Steam : I have not found it a problem. It is basically a store interface for various vendors, plus features like auto-updating, game mods etc.
I like to play the Romans, I reckon the legions are epic early on in the game. Try and get specialist archers too, plant them in cities and hose the attackers .....

When one wants their own plucked is the general approach taken in the UK ;) Interestingly *look up from anniet's useful tips on blending in in your adopted homeland* it says here it used to be confined to the upper echelons of English society - but has since trickled down.

Steam is among other things a web-store where you buy the game and then you can download it to play.
So you get no more CD/DVD/Blue-Ray.
