Yes, looks like I will have to bump up the cache at least back to SETI size on my Android device after decreasing it after reading here how low caches are possible for Einstein, as it's "never" out of work. It's already the 2nd time that it will be out of work since I'm here.
Maybe the SetiOrphan effect has struck? (several hundred thousand new systems).

The Seti orphans have no influence on whether the admins have turned off the splitters and are not generating work anymore. They are not the reason there is no work. There is no work because there are no splitters generating new work. All you can hope for is the occasional resend task.
No, the upload server is online and accepting work with no issues.
Thanks for the tip. I had to increase my cache size since I ran out of BRP4 work since both SBC hosts had filled up on Universe@home and Rosetta@home work and I was getting cpu cache full messages. Both good now.
Boincstats only shows credit from people who've opted into exporting it from E@H. I suspect most new users don't know that they need to do so, and hesitate to draw any conclusions about user activity changes from exported stats anymore.
I see... well, anyway, after years of SETI I know how it is when the servers are overloaded, don't see anything of it here, disabled or not running work generators are definitely not what happens when the servers are struggling with the load.
Is it possible that they have stopped generating Gravitational Wave work because their paper on it was accepted? Is there someone in the community who interacts with them regularly, like there was in SETI? Perhaps they could contact them and let us know.
Also, I have only been able to get work for Gamma-Ray Pulsar Binary and Gravitational Wave research because my app_config file only has entries for hsgamma_FGRPB1G and einstein_O2MDF. Now that Gravitational Wave work has stopped, I am down to just Gamma-Ray work. Somehow I never obtained the other app names. I would like to help with all of Einstein's research. Can someone provide me with the other app names so I can work on everything? Thanks!
I posited that question a week ago as to the reason. In the thread, Bernd mentioned a -O3 version search as the proposed successor to the older O2 search the paper was based. But nothing concrete or definite yet as to when the next search will start.
In the meanwhile, there is still plenty Gravity Wave gpu work with the O2MDF application. You will just have to find some other application to put the idle cpu cores to work. Gamma Ray works well.

For some reason it seems like some of my tasks didn't upload when finished last night for me. Could what's being said here be it?

I don't see any noteworthy change in the last two months: https://www.boincstats.com/stats/5/project/detail/credit
BRP4 work available again, BTW.
