should show information on my primary system, and currently gives me a "PAGE NOT FOUND" response from Einstein.
I can see summary information on my computers by clicking the "more" link at the bottom of my Einstein account dashboard page. The "Tasks" link from that page still works, but the "details" link which tries to go to the host page gives the PAGE NOT FOUND response.
Metoo. "Page not found" at the moment. There's been momentary problems lately. I saw an error message earlier today when I refreshed a page. Message was saying something like "failed to get data from server". Perhaps that doesn't have anything to do with this project directly.
I've been using Chrome to browse this site. I don't know how it is with other browsers but those little connection problems give funny moments with Chrome. Yesterday I was browsing through tasks. With "All tasks" or something that had numerous pages anyway... Page one was showing 7 tasks for example, page two could show 15 tasks, page three maybe 3 tasks... and there was a page in the middle that had 0 tasks. They all should've shown 20 tasks. It's a bit fuzzy experience sometimes.
I check my computer statistics several times a day. This problem began about two days ago and has persisted. It is not related to the browser. This error message is sent when a web page is either no longer on the server, or no longer accessible. It is definitely a problem that Einstein will have to fix.
My question is, how do we notify the Einstein staff of this problem?
Same here. I can't change my hosts profiles between Home and School.
Seen this issue on another project website but can't remember which one. On that site it only effected people who had their machines hidden. User's hosts pages somehow got set to hide them even from the owner.
Does everyone with the problem have their computers set to 'hidden'?

I see the problem you describe, which is quite new.
For example, this URL:
https://einsteinathome.org/host/12260865
should show information on my primary system, and currently gives me a "PAGE NOT FOUND" response from Einstein.

I am getting that too.
Figures it was a rare time when I actually wanted to check something there.

I'm also not able to access the host/computer info pages, everything else seems to work.

No. I can't see mine either, and they're not hidden.
Try to check the top hosts

Try to check the top hosts and the top computers list too. Both link load the base statistic page.
