Sorry I tried the patch S5T0004 then on my first large WU, but lucky I saw the first tread about invalid result after 3h computertime and stopped using it copied the backup of the einstein folder back. Einstein then started from scratch but better to lose 3h compuettime then about 9h. Now I´m running standrqad app on this one so I can get a large WU time before I test one of the others, any of them who need more testing.
S5T0004 34667935 invalid here you can have a look on my other results, it looks like there are invalid too because --->Validate state Checked, but no consensus yet
Here's one I let run on my homecruncher, partly done with the 'stock'-einstein, partly with patch No.0004 http://einsteinathome.org/task/34813290
Seems to be valid.
I'll report back, as soon as there is any '0004-only' result ready.

Hello Stalker2002,
your result is currently not yet validated!
Wait until the successful finished result is validated by a second (non patched) result.

I will talk Bernd into doing this optimization officially. I hope he will do a hot loop subroutine that gets all external references through the CPU stack. This solution would result an optimized subroutine that would be good for all x86 based system ( Win, Linux, intel-based Macs, etc... ).
To those who are crunching with S5T0004, please check your results list and if you see the valid state as "Checked but no consensus yet" you are most likely going to fail validation. You won't know this for sure until the third result is sent out and returned which could be quite a while. However it's a pretty safe bet and you should act immediately. This applies to several people I have already checked from earlier in this thread.
I think it is pretty safe to say that 0004 definitely produces invalid results and you should change down to 0003 which seems to be validating correctly.
If you check the Read Only thread you will see that Akos has released S5S0003.dat as a "stable" patch. Note the change from "T" to "S" which I assume means "Test" is now regarded as "Stable". It's not immediately clear if the "S" version is identical to the earlier "T" version or whether there were some additional tweaks. My guess is that it should be identical so if you have the "T" version then just keep running it until Akos releases S5T0005.dat :).
Here's the first unit I did, about half with the stock application and about half with the S5T0004 patch. http://einsteinathome.org/task/34832355
It's in the initial validation state right now, but if people want to check in on it now and there, feel free.
If most others have gotten invalid results with this patch, I think I'm going to go back to the #3 version listed as stable in the read-only thread.

S5T0002 OK!
http://einsteinathome.org/task/34673598
Started with the S5T0004 for some minutes and swap for the S5T0002 after the "strange stops" in the computation like I said earlier.

Checked, but no consensus yet on that WU "Crackboy" I see that probably mean an Invalid result because that little time that you used S5T0004

According to http://einsteinathome.org/host/485702/tasks that should happen about tomorrow (or on monday if this is a crunch0r@work).
O.K., wait and see...
