Why BoincStudio 0.5c in message of BOINC write:
"22.05.2006 14:33:38|Einstein@Home|BoincStudio: Calibrating CC from 8.28 to 43.90"
and I get 55.93 claimed credit for this WU:
Result 43.90 (55.93)
?

Boinc 5.4.3 (with BoincStudio 0.5c), application S41.07.

For my computer 43.90 credits was for not optim. application (4.37), 55.93 is too many.

P.S. Sorry for my English.

You just start to use BoincStudio. Calibrating methode needs several WUs to adjust. Let see tomorrow if it's good or not.

My computers also claim more than it says in "messages". However in actual comparison, claimed credits are less when using BoincStudio than with the standard app and unoptimized client (on my 9 machines, which are all various AMD based boxes). With the standard client, they claimed 52-58 credits per long WU. With Akos optimized clients and BoincStudio, they claim 50-55. Close, but a bit low. On the other hand, they're all running the same WUs in about 1/4 the time of the standard client. Amazing.

BTW, thanks much for the great work on BoincStudio!

Yes, DocMaboul is working pretty hard and it's still beta, so new versions can come out very Quickly.
0.5d was to correct the problem of disappearing projects that you need to reinstall, when upgrading from 0.5b to 0.5c. For more details see a few posts below. And a few other little things where corrected/improved.

Just go to this directory when you want to check for new versions:
http://docmaboul.dyndns.org/

Anyway the client (not BSmanager) should auto-update itself until release 0.5c.

God created a few good looking guys.. and for the rest he put hairs on top..

Thanks for your answer to my question.

BoincStudio very good program!

Whether probably to use it as "a proxy server" of the Boinc for computers in a local network? That one computer received from a server of the project the task for all computers in a network. Distributed their to other computers in a local network. Received from all computers results and transferred to a server of the project.

Here such opportunity was super!!!

P.S. Sorry for my English.

We have already request this feature to DocMaboul, but for now, he doesn't see what it could give to user. He asked for a list of requesters. I add you on the list.
In the future, after 1.0 version, BoincStudio will able to give work to no network access boxes.
