>>> % of time BOINC client is running: 58.54 %

That suprised me when I saw it, as both of my machines run BOINC 24/7.

Do you have Boinc set to stop when other things are going on with the pc?

ie:

Processor usage

Suspend when computer is on battery?:
yes

no

Suspends computing on portables when running on battery power.

Suspend when computer is in use?:
yes

no

Suspends computing and file transfers when you're using the computer.

Suspend GPU computing when computer is in use?:
yes

no

Suspends GPU computing when you're using the computer.

"In use" means mouse/keyboard input in last: minutes
This determines when the computer is considered "in use".

Suspend when no mouse/keyboard input in last: minutes
This allows some computers to enter low-power mode when not in use.

Suspend when non-BOINC CPU usage is above: %

No. The machines here are

No. The machines here are four core eight thread systems, both BOINC Managers are visible on this screen 24/7 both show eight threads running BOINC processes all the time. Hence, my surprise. The task manager shows 95-100% all the time, it is why I have such large heatsinks on my CPU's. I was wondering if that figure was not counting right when VM's are in use by some projects.

Yes that would make sense.
