hi am just curious as to if anyone else is having this same problem similar to this..

It means the project was down and not accepting the return of completed units. As long as it is short and you units to crunch, it is not a big problem. It usually means short term problems on the projects end, when they get to be long term, then it can be a problem for us crunchers.

Yep, BOINC has a back-off procedure for this type of problem. Just a follow on from E@H's recent digestive problems re. validator. It'll pass. The given transaction will complete later and is best left alone to do that.
