1. Go to the front page for the message boards.
2. Click on the keyword search function
3. Use a title search for - How is claimed credit determined

Edit: Just a note to make my meaning clearer. The message board post describes "claimed credit" and leads you to an example on the documentation website. Once there look up the entry for "recent average credit" and anything else you might want to know.
