Server problems/maintenance??

I am not sure if this is related to the GPU application betas going on and hadn't seen any comment about this so perhaps I'm a lone character seeing this, but...
Many processes on the server are offline at the moment (moment being 12:45PM PDT) and have been for over an hour.
At the moment, the programs not running include:
BOINC Scheduler
BOINC file uploads
Einstein S5R5 Validator
Einstein S5R5 Assimilator
Einstein S5R5 File deleter
Perhaps there was an announcement that this was going to be going on as part of trying to get GPU betas going and I missed it.
