Every so often I can not find my Host 997488 in the list of Top Hosts. Right now I think I should be about 21 to 24 (on the second page of the Top Host list). But I am no where to be found. Anyone have any ideas? Right now is 11/27/2008 about 19:00 c.s.t in the USA.
Avg. credit 6,022.79 was my RAC at a time when I could not find me in the Top Host List.

I disappear from Top Host List (RAC ~6020)

You're #121 here
and # 21 here
Edit: I see you found it.

Now I am 21... something odd going on.?? Oh well. And just FYI, I am talking about the top computer list rather than the top participant list.
It is something that has been

It is something that has been seen before on Seti, it has something to do with regeneration of page, they are not all done at same time. So if you moved off of one page you find you have not yet been put on the next page.
Yes I have seen this before

Yes I have seen this before at another project. The different webpages seem to be sometimes updated at different times. If your ranking by RAC or total credit is near the start of a page or near the end of the previous page (close to a ranking that is a multiple of 20) then you may disappear or appear on 2 pages at the same time.
It usually fixes itself itself on the next update, although it may happen again any time your ranking is close to a multiple of 20.
I was a bit disconcerted the first time I noticed this, but now I know that crossing over into the twilight zone is only temporary.
Edit: Just noticed that the Top participants list at Einstein lists 50 per page not 20. Top computers list has 20 per page.

My dear peanut....
We've been over-shadowed by the Harpertowns, Dunningtons, Tigertons, and will be on the upcoming Gainestowns...
We the Clovertown-ers have had our time on the Top 10s... lolx...

Amen to that... It is a rat race that I don't have enough money to continue playing in. I'll be content to watch my slow decay down the list of Top Hosts. As long as I don't completely disappear (yet at least, give that a few more months). I used to have my PRO as a cruncher only. Now, I use it for my main browser and general use home machine. It sure beats the Mac Mini 1.66ghz machine I was using for everyday purposes.
