Wrong time in Server Status homepage

Since more than 24h I observe wrong time information in the header of the Server Status homepage. For example: today at 23:28 MEZ the Server Status homepage shows 9:18 PM UTC. It´s always 2h to early. That´s despite from the uncertainties when a new issue will be presented within the last days. Normaly it become renewed every 20min, but within the last few days some time it was missed for several hours.
The question is, what is wrong. Is the time shown just 2h earlier than correct, or is the data realy gathered at the time shown. The last case is somewhat unlikely, as this would require, to store the data for 2h inbetween.
I suppose, the error results from confusion in correction from local time to UTC. Porbably it became corrected in the wrong direction.

I just checked it and it was showing 21:39 UTC, which is correct from where I'm sitting (UTC-4).

Well, the project team has been having some trouble with the backend ever since they did the server package upgrade, so maybe that has something to do with it.
Either that or their primary time source had a nervous breakdown for a bit! ;-)

I suspect it's just the world trying to synchronize itself in preparation for the odd time shifts that the LHC will cause.

That LHC black hole stuff is really getting a lot of attention in the public. I wonder how long it will take before the first hobby scientist will conjecture that every gamma ray burst is(was) actually one distant civilization that had just discovered how to build high power particle accelerators :-).

This black hole scare within the "uninformed" is so reminiscent of the 1940s after atomic fission/energy first hit the public scene. We were all going to be turned into mutant zombies, Hollywood made a myriad of sci-fi movies, there was speculation of all sorts leading to undesirable outcomes. Here in the U.S. the public still won't allow the licensing and building of nuclear power plants even though we are desperate for non-fossil energy sources. Having majored in science myself I find that education of the world population in the area of science to be somewhat appalling. Does anyone know at what temperature water boils? (I'll give a hint...it depends.)
