Here is my first crack at it... Meet 'Geekor' the engineer.. He has green skin composed of chlorophyll so that geekor can absorb energy from artificial lighting working those all nighters.
Geekor has fine appendages for the required fine work as well a claw for the system that need a good kick. Geekor can see in all directions so the problem can be analyzed from all angles. Geekor has to close set of eyes for fine detail. Geekor is very loyal can't run very fast because geekor has suction cups for feet. That means geekor won't be running off to that dream job.

Nicely done Rod! All those other ones were over designed anyway .... they wouldn't last three DNA copy cycles in a real ecosystem! :-)
