I want to set the Resource share to 0, but if i do so it will automaticly go to 100. Plz fix it.

Why would you want to do that? If you really want a value of zero, just detach your computer from the project. It's not really sensible to be attached to a project from which you never ever intend to take work.
If you want a very small resource share then set it to 1 for this project and set it to as large as you need for your other projects - ie, set all other projects to a combined total of 100000 and EAH would be entitled to approx 5mins of CPU time every year!! Is that close enough to zero for you :-).

If it's a way to not get work, why not just use the No New Tasks option in BOINC Manager?

i cant belive its a problem for einstein to allow the ressource share is set able to 0.. ALL BOINC PROJECTS... REALY ALL allow to set 0.. but only einstein downt allow..
i work with bam.boincstats so the projects i dont wanna crunch, i set zero..
in alle project is working.. but only einstein is diffrent..

It's not a problem for EAH since we are discussing a BOINC preference setting. I've never experimented with setting this to zero for any project but, since it's part of BOINC, if you can set it to zero on one project, you should be able to do the same for all projects. The only difference could depend on which version of the BOINC server software any one project was running or perhaps any local modifications to BOINC that a particular project might have made. I'm not familiar with either of those two possibilities.
I've never used BAM and have no knowledge of how it works or if there are any particular interactions between BAM and any given project. Under normal circumstances, when you change resource shares, it takes time to propagate to all projects and you have to update each affected project manually or wait for it to happen automatically. Wouldn't it just be easier to set No New Tasks (NNT) for the project of interest which should be immediate?

No, I don't really see what you mean. As I tried to tell you already, I've never used what you are imaging and have no idea of what exactly it is supposed to do or how exactly it is supposed to work. All I see by looking at the line where Einstein is listed is a value showing as zero and seemingly a comment to the effect that "incorrect response from project" or something similar. Who is to say where the problem really lies?
Unfortunately, you will need to attract the attention of a staff member. Why don't you try sending a PM to Bernd? I don't think it will be his responsibility but he should know who to send it to.

Thanks very much for the link. Out of curiosity I followed it and, lo and behold, there is a thread on this very topic. It's currently 13 down from the top of the page and seems to suggest that not all projects/boinc clients can handle a setting of zero - divide by zero errors are mentioned. Also the last post in the thread says that more recent BOINC server versions at Seti and PrimeGrid do not allow the setting of resource share to zero. However a value of 1.0E-101 was mentioned as being possible although John Keck seemed to be saying earlier that the minimum value was 0.001.
I suggest that the OP try setting 1.0E-101 to see if that will "stick". That sounds pretty close to zero to me :-).

I would think so, taken literally! If you had set that resource share during the Big Bang, the project would have racked up something on the order of E-82 second of debt by now. One E@h task would easily tide you over to the “heat-death� of the universe. ;)
