High Priority runs

Hi, I was just wondering... I have been looking at results as they were analyzing over the last several months. The other day I got two "high priority" runs.
If anyone can shed some light on this, I would like to know:
-What determines it?
-What determines who gets it?
-How can I find out why it was there, and/or track the updated results?

If it's saying "High Priority" in the manager, that's simply the new term for EDF (Earliest Deadline First). This (in some form) has been in BOINC for a quite while, it's just more transparent to the user now.
