I've never seen this before....
This WU seems to be having some problems, although my result is pending....
What does the UNSENT wu mean and when is it getting sent?

Sometimes it's just that simple. :-)

It is waiting for another host working that set of results to request work. I think if it remains unsent for seven days or so they will try to put another host on that set, though I notice that the "oldest unsent" result item on the server status page is currently at 7 days 17 hours 41 minutes, the longest I've seen it.
I have plenty of results in queue with the very first quorum partner result unsent five days after the one sent to me.
