It's all quite automatic but you can hurry things up a bit. I just had a look at your list of results and there is one showing as "pending" so it is already reported. Your results list shows two other work units which are "In Progress".

Because you only have 3 work units in your list you must have left your general preferences at the defaults. There is a preference called "connect to network" interval which is 0.1 days by default. Boinc will talk to the servers about every 0.1 days (2.4 hours) very approximately and download new work if it's needed and importantly for you, it will lodge your claim for credit. In your case this has already been done as I can see your pending claim. The "connect" preference also controls the amount of work on hand that is kept for your computer. If you wanted to keep just a little bit more than the two you currently have then try setting the "connect" preference to say 0.5 days which would probably give you about 4 work units on hand. Please don't go beserk with this, particularly if you have other projects beside E@H or if you aren't running 24/7. The work units have an expiry of 7 days and you wouldn't want your nice AMD box to waste its time crunching a WU for which you end up getting no credit because it expired!!

Edit: One other small point. Since your question is about getting started rather than a problem or bug, you might get better help if you post in the "getting Started" board, thanks. Try to put the essence of your question as the title of your message. But, whatever happens, please enjoy your stay at E@H and please browse all the message boards as there are a lot of helpful people out there.

Cheers,
Gary.
