Tue 02 Nov 2010 07:09:53 PM KST Starting BOINC client version 6.10.17 for x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
This is from the binary from the BOINC site that was then installed to its own user and started using an init.d script. I just attached the host to E@H and had no trouble getting work.

It seems Fedora 14 does not include 32 bit libs?
The "nof found" is not a typo on my part this is how the message is in boinc.
Grrrrrrrrr... What is going on here? That platform string should be fine! Is this from the package manager?
What happens if you attach to other projects? Do you get the same message? Or is it unique to E@H?
Also, what version of BOINC is it?
PS: 32 bit compat libs should be in Fedora. They have been in the past. It's the debian based people that tend to need to install them. Also, that shouldn't impact your ability to get work, just to run it.
I get the same message at projects that do not have a 64 bit app. Projects that do have a 64 bit app work fine.
I have tried two versions of boinc, 6.10.58_x86_64 I downloaded from the boinc web site the other one I compiled myself. Both got the same message.

I installed a bunch of 32 bit libs and rebooted. Downloading and running now. Looks like Fedora 14 doesn't include 32 bit support out of the box.
