    One of the work units I received also went to

    He/she clearly has a problem with running Einstein@home.

    Is there any way to contact him/her in order to clear up

      After a series of WUs that failed intantly, this host finally has a WU "in progress" so the problem seems to be solved.

      Anyway, with literally tens of thousands of active hosts E@H would probably have to employ someone full-time just for notifying participants in cases like this.
